#55: Proposal to call it "G11N" meeting

After the formation of G11N meeting we used to have 2 meetings. G11N and
I18N. We often mix up topics and sometime due to some deadlines and common
topic.
Proposal: To call it as G11N meeting and say focus on L10n and I18N.
