The objectives for a survey should enable measurement and
categorization. Thus, if the first objective could be considered in
terms of "measurement of awareness" it will lead to the categorization
of the user experience based topics of migration. Objective#3 seems to
indicate free-flowing feedback. Text blocks are useful for additional
context but as this is the first survey, it would be useful to
consider scoping the kind of feedback that is of immediate importance
and can influence/drive the project/product vision.

Very useful inputs. We will consider while actual drafting questions.

I think that
Objective#4 is not a survey objective. Rather, it is how you develop
and improve the project and the specific paths that will allow you to
reach that engineering/community goal.

Agree. We have to do it overtime. Might be that's why its there :)
