ibus tentative bug fixes:
- Use language icons instead of layout icons for xkb ibus engines on non-
gnome panel.
- Preload ibus engines on gnome desktop to reduce the launching time when
users switch the engines.
- Disable IME on gnome-shell lock screen by panel instead of ibus
engines.
- Fix a kde5 Korean issue.
