I put out "The Mission of the Fedora i18n Project is to ensure we have the
best possible international language OS support in Fedora".
Pravin pointed out last week that we need to consider Vision vs Mission
statements:
roughly Vision is long term goal (end point) and Mission is how we get
there.
Ankit posted "Enabling Fedora to speak your language".
