It took some time but finally we have a working
system-config-language[1] tool in Fedora rawhide. The major changes
happened from 1.4.1 release to this 2.1.0 release are
1) system-config-language GUI is re-written using PyGobject3 API's.
2) system-config-language checks packages to install for any language
using yum-langpacks instead of groups in comps file.
3) system-config-language now uses Packagekit API to install packages.
4) system-config-language migrated from usermode to Policykit.
There is one more release coming soon that will add translations and
some enhancements to langpack packages installation code module.
