#10: Fedora 18, KDE and Input

1) with Fedora 18 KDE ISO, ibus is not installed, no input method enabled
in KDE.
2) While switched desktop to KDE and tried to use ibus, it was not working
as
menu was not appear and I was not able to select language from
Preferences
(ibus-setup) (it was shown disabled list). Can anybody confirm this?
There are two bugs

Currently for me, ibus can't be used with KDE, please suggest if this bug
need to be proposed as blocker
