I thought Alt-Shift is for En -> Zh -> Jp -> Kr ....
But what I am talking about (and ppls from SCIM/OXIM/Gcin  perceived)
is En -> Zh0 -> Zh1 -> Zh2 -> Jp0 -> Jp1 -> Kr ...
