That selects a locale from those installed. The question is how to install
an additional one.

I have installed Redhat 10, and when i installed the redhat , I also
checked Urdu language locales, but these are not installed, now when i
look in CDs there is no RPM for urdu locales.

Checking the language pack, would have installed the locales as well.

Tahir: I seriously recommend getting a newer version of Fedora Core.
FC5 is a stable system & you can very well go ahead with it...
however, if you want the latest packages, try Fc6T2
