Hi Jens

When i go to the "Control Center" => "Regional & Accessibility"  =>
"Country/Region & Language".

Then i change the country to Nicaragua, then i want to change the format
of the dates, those fields don't show any format 

i don't have a upgrade, i have a fresh install.
