How do I enable typing high ASCII character by Alt - numpad in Linux? I want to keep the US keyboard and en_CA language. This works fine in every version of Windows, but I haven't been able to figure out how to get Linux to do the same, I believe the Latin-1 charset would do it, but how/where do I enable it?
