If our case is the same can I rename /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/zh_TW.big5 as /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/zh_TW.Big5 and remove the file /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/zh_TW.Big5/XLC_LOCALE ???
