Reply from the author of NanoTCAD
"I have talked with the other author of the code, and we both agreed
in releasing the code in the FEL package with the 4-clause BSD license.
Actually I would like to have more information concerning how you want to
proceed.
I would also like to include in Fedora the last version of the code, which
is not the one you can find on the NanoTCAD ViDES website, and which I can
provide you."
