 I would for Mr Filter to be part of FEL.  However, I think that it is
 not yet ready.  Many features are still unimplemented.  Once it
 reaches beta stage, I will make packages for it.

 I'm also working on another program that might interest you: spicelib
 (http://www.h-renrew.de/h/spicelib/doc/index.html).  It automatically
 downloads spice models from multiple vendors, fixes them to work with
 ngspice and gnucap, and tests the resulting models.  Currently there
 are almost 2000 models included.  However, it is also not yet ready
 for a wide release.

 Hopefully it won't be too long before I get these programs in shape,
 and I'll contact you then.

 So in the mean time just put this package on hold
