Another Category needs to be added to FEL.

 Category Heading: TCAD

It has two subcategories if you want finner hierarchy, Device Simulation
and Process Simulation. We don't need these subcategories right now cause
we don't yet have that many packages

We are planning to add a couple of packages as a start

GSS is a 2D Device Simulator which uses DD and EB models[[BR]]
Archimedes is a 2D Device Simulator using Monte Carlo method[[BR]]
Aeneas is a 3D Device Simulator using Monte Carlo method[[BR]]
GSS-Techsim is a 2D Process simulator, it comes packaged with GSS.

I have contacted the respective authors of these packages and they are
really excited to be part of FEL. They also shared information about the
current work they are doing especially a GUI for Archimedes.

There are some licensing issues with NanoTCAD and a new 3D Parallel
Simulator by the Developers of GSS.
