#13: perl-Verilog-CodeGen's Tk based GUI should be revisited

perl-Verilog-CodeGen gui.pl (~200lines) is a simple and straightforward
GUI to use its perl modules. However this gui.pl was created in 2003 and
I've only lined up to the fedora's perl-TK version.
I would be nice to have someone revisit the entire gui.pl script and
create another gui.pl based on the previous one but under perl-Tk or
Tcl/Tk.
Would that be feasible for F-12 ?
