here is my current state of porting the TET filter suite,

After getting there I think it can probably be simplified, but before
just going to change things I like to get your feedback and suggestions
for improvements
Some issues I have:
- in the original TET suite there are tons of files data, messages,
errors .... I tried to integrate these into the tests and not rely on
toom many files, but there are stilll two ldif fles in the data
directory - what is best practice ?
- the MR filter tests in filter.sh and vfilter.sh are forced to PASS. I
omitted them and have created a separate ticket:
