I realized quite late, that it was also
required to lookup the "nsruvReplicaLastModified" attribute from
the in-memory RUV. This third review is to also report this attribute (in addition to "nsds50ruv") and to fix a problem in search_requested_attr where only the first attribute of the request was evaluated.
