instead of cluttering things up with tons of configure changes. I

Once this is checked in, I will get the nightly builds converted
over to use this new build target. This should result in much
less confusing package names for the nightly builds. Here is an
example of a package name produced by these changes:
389-ds-base-1.3.2.a1-20130419182658.git2f02b0d.fc17.x86_64.rpm

This means that you can only do "make rpms" on a systemd system.
That should suffice for now, and in the future, we can figure out a
way to use different spec files for different platforms.
