[389-devel] Please review: redux: Ticket #47312 - replace PR_GetFileInfo with PR_GetFileInfo64

File sizes can be 64-bits even on some 32-bit systems.  So we can't use 
size_t, we have to use PRUint64 for all size comparisons.  This means we 
also have to use the NSPR printf format.
