[389-devel] Help: When Client Tries to Talk to Server, Wireshark says Unknown CA

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hey everyone,

I had a question about logging in from a client to a server running 389
with TLS/SSL enabled. I create a newer POSIX user on the 389 DS and then
attempt to log in via authentication from stored credentials in the 389
DS. However, this does not work. I get a "Unknown CA" line in Wireshark.
Also, how do I configure the /etc/hosts files on both client and server
side to make sure they talk correctly? Any help would be much appreciated.
