When you commit and push a patch to the git repo, and you add the git
commit message to the ticket comment, you can easily make the commit a
link to the changeset in the trac source browser - just change
commit 20ab029c0f0309838....
to
commit changeset:20ab029c0f0309838..../389-ds-base
the trac wiki parser will turn this into a link to the changeset viewer
in the source browser

If the commit was for a different package, e.g. 389-admin, use
/389-admin on the end of the commit hash
