I am looking for a developer who can create personalized modifications to the passsync DLL, specifically we need to have a function that matches the password complexity against the DS ( and another LDAP ) and then reports back whether the complexity is sufficient. We would pay for the implementation, i would also be happy about a referral to someone who can do that. The developer ( or company ) should be located in germany if possible, or at least in europe.
