You'll need a plugin configuration entry:

modify the last attribute to point to the directory the plugin is in on 
your system.

some sample configuration for posix:

# add plugin configuration for posix users

objectclass: extensibleObject
cn: Posix

dnaInterval should be set to (at minimum) the number of masters you have.
