Mike, thanks for the reaply.

I downloaded the binaries of NSS 3.7.8 and put the shared libraries in /usr/lib, the directory where Apache was looking for libssl3.so.

Now, when Apache attempts to load mod_nss, I get the following error:

Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libmodnss.so into server: libsoftokn3.so: undefined symbol: stat.

Can anybody help?
