Update to 0.42
- New upstream release 0.42
- Properly handle thrown exceptions that stringify to the empty string before
or after chomping (https://github.com/adrianh/test-class/pull/11)
- This release by ETHER -> update source URL
- Drop workaround for CPAN RT#85106, no longer needed
