    Update to 1.971
    
    - New upstream release 1.971
      - Try to use SSL_hostname for hostname verification if no SSL_verifycn_name
        is given; this way, hostname for SNI and verification can be specified in
        one step
      - New test program example/simulate_proxy.pl
