I plan to make this for Perl packages as well, but it requires some
adjustments to support special cases such as

* perl-Fedora-Rebuild Fedora-Rebuild-v([^-/_\s]+)\.tar\b http://ppisar.fedorapeople.org/Fedora-Rebuild/

properly. But this is on my TODO list. Currently the perl package list
is not as uniform as the others I already modified were (e.g. ghc, where
every package used the same regex/URL), otherwise it would work for perl
packages as well.
