This issue also applies with the recently updated
amavisd-new-2.8.0-8.el6.noarch package installed.

Removal of localamavisd (see above) SELinux module causes amavisd to allow mail
with an attached, zipped exe file to be delivered.

Reinstallation of localamavisd allows amavisd to correctly identify and
quarantine the mail.
