Regexp::Grammars module and dependent modules do not work with perl-5.18
(https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=87880, bug #992666).

It was being solved for a long time

have been solved int the blead

Perl 5.18 (F≥20) is affected, e.g perl-5.18.1-288.fc21.x86_64.
