I think you need to enable the RHEL-6 "Optional" channel, which is a
requirement for EPEL-6 as many of its dependencies come from there (see
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL).

The perl-Sub-Exporter-Progressive package could not actually have been built if
perl-Sub-Exporter was not available, as it's required for the test suite.
