It looks like that site is doing user-agent sniffing and blocks access to
"libwww-perl". Running "curl -ILA libwww-perl/6.03
http://drboli.wordpress.com/feed/"; gives a 403 Forbidden error, but "curl -IL
http://drboli.wordpress.com/feed/"; is okay. The only change in XML::Feed 0.52
is that user-agent is now set to "XML::Feed/0.52" which gets past the site's
filter. I've submitted builds for f17 and f18 that should be coming to testing
repository soon.
