Paul's comment 9 is a good point, downgrading perl-BerkeleyDB to db 4.8 as an
f17 update will undoubtedly break existing users of the module.  So I think 
we're screwed here, we can't fix it until f18.   We could ship an alternative,
conflicting version of perl-BerkeleyDB linked against lidb-4.8 if somebody was
screaming for that.  But it's probably best to CLOSED->SORRY->NEXTRELEASE this.
