Agreed. 

Steve, if you're still with us, I'm happy to take ownership of perl-DateTime.
Since you never commented on bug 730658 when I split out DT::TZ and DT::Locale,
I guess I'm already responsible for it.

Otherwise, I think it's time to start the non-responsive maintainer process
again.

And Petr, how about cloning this for RHEL? It's an even bigger shame that Red
Hat delivers an even more outdated version of this package (and more
importantly, DateTime::TimeZone) demanding regular updates.
