Fix FTBFS, improve test coverage
- BR: perl(bytes), perl(constant), perl(Digest::MD5) - required by module
- BR: perl(Crypt::Blowfish), perl(Crypt::Blowfish_PP), perl(Crypt::DES),
perl(Crypt::Rijndael) for improved test coverage, except when bootstrapping
