The open is missing third argument. perldoc -f open says: > For three or more arguments if MODE is '|-', the filename is > interpreted as a command to which output is to be piped, and if > MODE is '-|', the filename is interpreted as a command that > pipes output to us. In the two-argument (and one-argument) > form, one should replace dash ('-') with the command. See > "Using open() for IPC" in perlipc for more examples of this. However I cannot reproduce it. Maybe I have to much memory. However I noticed an defunct child and zombie before init cleaned it, so there is something wrong definitely. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug. -- Fedora Extras Perl SIG http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/SIGs/Perl perl-devel mailing list perl-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/perl-devel
