How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to run pcsc_scan
2.
3.

Actual results:

Only partially working, reporting lots of errors like the above.

Expected results:

Fully working

Additional info:

http://ludovic.rousseau.free.fr/softwares/pcsc-perl/

This specific error was fixed in 1.14.11 to work with current releases of
pcsc-lite. Quote from Changelog:

SCardSetTimout is no more present in pcsc-lite > 1.6.4
It was a pcsc-lite specific and deprecated function
