Description of problem:
Rawhide lacks the current version of Module::ScanDeps which prevents updates of
other packages that depend on it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
< 0.98

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check for perl(Module::ScanDeps) >= 0.98
2. See it's not available :(

Actual results:
0.98 or newer is not available in Rawhide

Expected results:
0.98 or newer is available in Rawhide

Additional info:
Steve, since I regulary use this package, I've applied for a co-maintainer post
few months ago. Could you please act on this?
