Update to 0.43
- New upstream release 0.43:
- Changes to build with BDB 5.1
- Dropped support for Server option when creating an environment
- Documentation updates (CPAN RT#59202)
- Fixed compilation error with MS Visual Studio 2005 (CPAN RT#59924)
