I don't know the mirroring process, but if I check package I built yesterday,
I could see it's still not on rawhide mirrors:

# repoquery --repoid rawhide --nvr perl-Capture-Tiny
perl-Capture-Tiny-0.07-1.fc13
# repoquery --repoid dist-f14 --nvr perl-Capture-Tiny
perl-Capture-Tiny-0.08-1.fc14

And the same fact for perl tagged yesterday:

# repoquery --repoid rawhide --nvr perl
perl-5.10.1-118.fc14
perl-5.10.1-118.fc14
# repoquery --repoid dist-f14 --nvr perl
perl-5.12.1-123.fc14

Thus I recommend more patience.
