Can you name the 7 broken packages? I cannot count them. According my opinion,
broken packages are:

perl-Data-Alias
perl-DBI-Dumper 
perl-Pugs-Compiler-Rule
perl-SVN-Mirror
(and perl-Test-AutoBuild if do not fix perl-SVN-Mirror)

Ok, 4 build failures and there are some other issues, which we should fix first.
eg perl-Archive-RPM.
