I can find no reason for it to search this directory.  If you put amavisd into
permissive mode, does it try to do anything else in this directory.

semanage permissive -a amavis_t

Restart the daemon.

See if any additional avcs are generated.

semanage permissive -d amavis_t 

Will turn it back to enforcing.
