Sorry, I tested on F41+ only, where this is needed too, if I'm not mistaken.
valkey-compat-redis not being shipped in c10s is indeed unfortunate, but there are ways around it.
One could request it to be shipped in CRB, which would be the cleanest solution, and depending on the outcome, it can alternatively be built using a valkey-epel package as a stop gap solution.
