These lines do not appear in the last perl-Gnome2-VFS-1.084-12.fc40 build in
Koji. That Makefile.PL line parses ExtUtils::PkgConfig->find() output. The
failure could be triggered with upgrading pkgconf from 1.9.5-4.fc40 to
2.1.0-1.fc40.
