Since 2008, the Perl Toolchain Summit (previousy known as the Perl QA Hackathon) gathers the key developers working on the Perl toolchain every year (with a hiatus in 2020-2022) to discuss and improve the Perl toolchain. https://blogs.perl.org/users/book/2023/01/the-perl-toolchain-summit-is-back-in-2023.html I'm sure that there will be room at the Summit to discuss (and possibly hack on) anything related to Perl's integration to the Fedora ecosystem.
