There are API changes:
* Added autodump, which is managed by env variable, so backward compatible
(0.146)
* Added new module Test2::Tools::Refcount, which routines were added to
Test2::V0. so backward compatible (0.147 and 0.148)

I will update all versions of Fedora (36, 37, 38, rawhide) because this kind of
module is base for many others. And seems that could be ok.
