I decided to post the bug to the named webkit version. Bugzilla didn't have an entry for that version but did list "webkit" where I posted the bug. I have seen this problem before and reported it AND thought the problem was resolved. I understand what you're saying about the 1:1 correspondence. I was expecting that in this situation... i.e., dnf calls out a package name... bugzilla has a way to tie that specific package to the bug report. Does my added information help?
