            Bug ID: 2037910
Summary: Please build perl-Net-LibIDN2 for EPEL 7 and 8
           Product: Fedora EPEL
           Version: epel7
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
         Component: perl-Net-LibIDN2
          Severity: medium
          Assignee: mspacek@xxxxxxxxxx
          Reporter: redhat-bugzilla@xxxxxxxxxxxx
                CC: mspacek@xxxxxxxxxx,
                    perl-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, ppisar@xxxxxxxxxx
  Target Milestone: ---
    Classification: Fedora

Description of problem:
Please build perl-Net-LibIDN2 for EPEL 7 and 8. Request for EPEL 7 is to ease
the migration to RHEL 8 and 9 (e.g. for existing perl-Net-LibIDN consumers). To
support this, I've created
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/perl-Net-LibIDN2/pull-request/2 already.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
perl-Net-LibIDN2-1.01-7.el9

Actual results:
No perl-Net-LibIDN2 in EPEL 7 and 8.

Expected results:
perl-Net-LibIDN2-1.01-7.el7 and perl-Net-LibIDN2-1.01-7.el8 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL
7 and 8 branches.
