Description of problem:
Please build perl-LWP-Online for EPEL 8. It's a build-time (%check) dependency
of perl-Net-XMPP.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
perl-LWP-Online-1.08-29.fc33

Actual results:
No perl-LWP-Online in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
perl-LWP-Online-1.08-29.el8 - or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL
8 branch.
