Thank you for the recap, Petr.

I plan to package bugzilla 5.0 for EPEL 8 but also want to be able to
package the 6.0 version if it's released during the next 5 years. The
last one will require packaging Mojolicious and the Plack stack.

No idea how I'm going to do this but the vast majority of it will probably
be non-modular package.
