            Bug ID: 1577469
           Summary: perl-Compress-Raw-Lzma depends on xz-libs 5.2.3 but
                    5.2.4 is available
           Product: Fedora
           Version: 28
         Component: perl-Compress-Raw-Lzma
          Assignee: paul@xxxxxxxxxxxx
          Reporter: emmanuel@xxxxxxxxx
        QA Contact: extras-qa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
                CC: novyjindrich@xxxxxxxxx, paul@xxxxxxxxxxxx,
                    perl-devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Description of problem:
My Fedora 28 Workstation can't update xz-libs from 5.2.3 to 5.2.4 because
perl-Compress-Raw-Lzma is installed and depends on the former.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.081-1.fc28

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run "dnf update"
2. Watch the update fail with the following message:

 Problem 1: package perl-Compress-Raw-Lzma-2.081-1.fc28.x86_64 requires
xz-libs(x86-64) = 5.2.3, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both xz-libs-5.2.4-2.fc28.x86_64 and
xz-libs-5.2.3-7.fc28.x86_64
  - cannot install both xz-libs-5.2.3-7.fc28.x86_64 and
xz-libs-5.2.4-2.fc28.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package
xz-libs-5.2.3-7.fc28.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package
perl-Compress-Raw-Lzma-2.081-1.fc28.x86_64

Actual results:
The xz-libs update is skipped

Expected results:
xz-libs should be updated and perl-Compress-Raw-Lzma should use it.
